No. 38 is a new community hub in Denver’s downtown RiNo district, a place where people could come to eat, drink, and socialize. The identity design promotes modern thinking as fine art while utilizing rustic elements fit for the rugged Rocky Mountains. The earthy colors and gold accents were inspired by the riches that were discovered by pioneers in Colorado at the turn of the century, and which symbolized prosperity and hope in a new place.
